They lied in public about going to refund me. This did not occur. And I have emailed to follow up. They do not action this. And the card I used before I have now cancelled, legally even if they try to refund back to the same account fund will just bounce back in back in their own account and legally they need find alternative way to refund me. Which I have provided my bank account TWICE via emails. No responses. Leave me no choice to come here tell the public, then they lied again.

Again, people if you have tight time schedules working full time cannot miss out work. Do not book with them. They will mess you around and around book confirm then cancel confirm then cancel over and over again hold your fund refused to give it back to you. I don’t understand how is this company is legal.

First of all, we strongly reject the allegation that we have lied or provided misleading information. CPR First Aid takes the integrity of our business and the accuracy of our communication with customers very seriously.
Second, we have checked our records and cannot find any customer account, enrolment, or booking under your name. Because we have no record that matches your claims, we are unable to validate the authenticity of this review. Given the complete absence of any customer record, we are therefore assuming that you may be from a competitor or that this review is not based on an actual CPR First Aid booking. If this assumption is incorrect, you are welcome to provide your booking details so we can verify the matter.
Third, our refund process is clear and is in place to prevent fraud and protect our customers. Refunds are only returned to the same bank account or payment method originally used for the booking. This is a standard and reasonable payment-control practice used by businesses in Australia. We cannot redirect a refund to a different bank account or payment method simply because it has been requested.
If you are waiting for a refund, you need to coordinate directly with your bank or card provider and advise them that a refund is pending or has been processed to your card. Once the refund has been released by CPR First Aid, the bank or card provider is responsible for processing and crediting the funds to your account. We cannot control your bank's processing timeframe, and this is not something CPR First Aid can resolve on your behalf.
It is therefore inappropriate to accuse our company of lying or misleading customers when we cannot even identify a corresponding booking or transaction under your name.
This review appears to be malicious and is not a true reflection of a verified customer experience with CPR First Aid. We strongly request that you remove the review. If you believe you are a genuine customer, provide the relevant booking details so we can investigate the matter properly.
We stand by our records, our policies, and our established refund procedures, and we will continue to protect the integrity and reputation of CPR First Aid against false, misleading, or unverified claims.
